CHICAGO - A woman who allegedly sustained injuries as a result of exposure to DES is appealing a district court's decision to award summary judgment to Eli Lilly after it found that her claims against the manufacturer were barred by the District of Columbia's three-year statute of limitations. Katherine M. Albers v. Eli Lilly & Co., No. 02-2320 (7th Cir.).

Plaintiff Katherine Albers' Aug. 8 appellate brief stated that the trial court erred when it ruled she should have suspected wrongdoing by Eli Lilly and investigated to determine the extent of the wrongdoing.
