MINNEAPOLIS - A wrongful death suit filed by a woman asserting claims against the prescribing physician and the clinic where the physician was employed was severed and remanded by a federal judge who found that the woman's case was fraudulently misjoined with the other plaintiffs alleging Baycol-related injuries. In re: Baycol Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1431 (D. Minn.).
