MDL Judge Enters Final Judgment in Favor of Propulsid Manufacturer in Ten Cases

NEW ORLEANS- U.S. District Judge Eldon E. Fallon entered an order awarding final judgment in favor of Johnson & Johnson and Janssen Pharmaceutica, thereby dismissing with prejudice the claims of plaintiffs involved in ten Propulsid-related injury cases. In re: Propulsid Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1355 (E.D. La.).

According to the Aug. 8 order, the plaintiffs failed to submit their Plaintiff Profile Forms (PPF) and, therefore, the Court dismissed their claims.
