TAMPA, Fla. - A motion for partial summary judgment regarding a woman's claims that the labeling accompanying Sudafed was inadequate and the companies failed to warn of the nasal decongestant's side effects was denied by a federal judge, who found that the filing of the motion was in direct contravention of a Case Management and Scheduling Order entered on July 23, 2002. Eleanor Mehren v. Pfizer, Inc., et al., No. 01-CV-1534-T-26TBM (N.D. Fla., Tampa Div.).
