CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A physician, who was accused with medical negligence stemming from his alleged failure to warn a woman of the dangers associated with the combined use of Baycol and Lopid was found to be fraudulently joined to her suit against the manufacturer of the cholesterol-lowering drug, a federal judge ruled.
