ATLANTA — A Georgia federal judge has awarded Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. summary judgment in a Pradaxa action, finding the drug maker provided the Food and Drug Administration with updated information regarding the blood thinner’s risks, but the agency took no action to update the label.
