CHARLESTON, W.V. - A trial court's order denying certification to a proposed class of West Virginians who purchased and ingested Rezulin was overturned by the state's Supreme Court after it found that the lower court abused its discretion by basing its decision on whether the plaintiffs will prevail on the merits of their claims.
