Plaintiffs' Counsel Designate Experts for Meridia MDL Proceedings

CLEVELAND - The attorneys representing individuals who allegedly sustained injuries as a result of ingesting the weight loss drug Meridia recently submitted the names of the physicians who have been designated as expert witnesses in the MDL proceedings. In re: Meridia Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1481 (N.D. Ohio).

The experts will provide testimony on behalf of individuals who claim that their ingestion of Meridia caused them to suffer increased blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes, and in some cases death.
