Judge Dismisses Parents' Vaccine-Related Injury Case Pending Ruling in Vaccine Court

LAFAYETTE, La. - A federal judge dismissed without prejudice a products liability suit filed by the parents of a child who allegedly sustained neurological injuries after being exposed to a vaccines containing thimerosal, pending the resolution of their daughter's petition in the Vaccine Court.
