OxyContin Time-Release Feature Flawed, Lawsuit Alleges

TRENTON, N.J. - A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of all New Jersey residents who have been prescribed and have ingested OxyContin from 1995 to the present, alleging that OxyContin's controlled time-release feature was flawed and that drugmakers Purdue Pharma and Abbott Laboratories concealed their knowledge of the flaw.
