VENTURA, Calif. - A woman who allegedly suffered drug-induced liver failure as a result of using Lipokinetix cannot assert personal jurisdiction as the basis for her claims against the owner of the company that made the supplement, an appellate court ruled in upholding a trial court's decision. Jennifer Tahey v. Syntrax Innovations, Inc., et al., No. B159905 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist., Div. 6.).
