UNION SPRINGS, Ala. - A woman who claims she sustained liver injuries as a result of using Rezulin recently settled her case against the manufacturer for an undisclosed amount before it was scheduled to go to trial in Alabama. Bessie B. Caldwell v. Warner-Lambert Co., et al., No. N/A (Ala. Cir. Ct., Bullock, Cty.).
The suit was scheduled for trial in April in Bullock County Circuit Court, according to plaintiffs' attorney Frank Woodson of Montgomery's Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C.
