LINCOLN, Ill. - The parents of a 16-year-old whose death was allegedly caused by his ingestion of a product containing ephedra have filed suit against the supplement maker and the convenience store that sold the product. Kevin Riggins and Debbie Riggins v. NVE Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al., No. 03-L-14 (Ill. Cir. Ct., Logan Cty., 11th Dist.).
