Wright Moves to Dismiss Md. Federal Hip Action for Lack of Prosecution

BALTIMORE — Wright Medical Inc. has moved to dismiss with prejudice a hip replacement action for lack of prosecution, arguing that the plaintiff has failed to provide requested discovery responses.

In a Nov. 11 motion filed before Judge Deborah Chasanow of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Wright further contends that the plaintiff has not complied with the court’s order that the discovery materials be provided.
