INDIANOLA, Miss. - Six Mississippi residents who claim they sustained injuries as a result of using Stadol have filed suit against the manufacturers of the migraine medication alleging that the companies failed to warn about the drug's ability to induce dependency. Mary G. Briscoe, et al., v. Nastech Pharmaceutical Co., Inc., et al., No. 2002-0703-CI (Miss. Cir. Ct., Sunflower Cty.).
