NEW YORK - A medical researcher who conducted pre-clinical studies on Rezulin cannot be found liable for injuries allegedly caused by the drug because he did not have a duty to warn, a federal judge ruled in an order dismissing claims against the doctor in 27 product liability cases. In re: Rezulin Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1348 (S.D.N.Y.).
