Lawsuit Targeting Constellation’s BET Inhibitor to Proceed in Ariz. Federal Court

PHOENIX — An Arizona federal judge has allowed a lawsuit targeting a new BET inhibitor drug to proceed, finding the plaintiffs presented sufficient evidence that Constellation Pharmaceuticals Inc. acted negligently by failing to adhere to federal regulations governing the drug’s clinical trials.
