PEC Responds to Motions for Case Management Conference; Says Remand Plan in Effect

DALLAS — In response to plaintiffs’ motions for a case management conference, the plaintiffs’ executive committee in the DePuy Pinnacle Hip multidistrict litigation avers that it is in regular communication with and responds to the “many inquiries” from plaintiffs’ counsel on a daily basis.

In a July 26 response filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the PEC says that in the more than 25 MDLs the PEC members have been involved in, “there has never been more transparency and detailed communications than with this MDL.”
