DALLAS — A Texas federal judge has dismissed with leave to amend strict liability and negligence claims in a lawsuit targeting Boston Scientific Corp’s Advantage Fit pelvic mesh device, ruling that the plaintiff failed to plead the claims with specificity.
In a July 24 order, Judge Sam A. Lindsay of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas also found a question of fact as to whether the claims are time-barred.
