Zimmer M/L Taper Hip Cases Selected in Sept., MDL Judge Says

NEW YORK — The judge overseeing the federal docket for cases involving the Zimmer M/L Taper Hip Prosthesis or M/L Taper Hip Prosthesis with Kinectiv Technology and VerSys Femoral Head said the court will randomly select cases for bellwether consideration at a Sept. 18 status conference.

In a July 18 amended scheduling order, Judge Paul A. Crotty of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York also set Oct. 18 as the deadline for substantial completion of non-case specific document production, including production of emails from custodians.
