TACOMA, Wash. — The parties in a Biomet M2a Magnum hip replacement action have agreed to stay proceedings pending settlement negotiations, according to a recent filing in Washington federal court.
According to a July 11 stipulation filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, the case will be stayed until Sept. 8 to allow the parties to continue good faith settlement negotiations.
