Pinnacle Hip MDL Plaintiffs Seek Discovery Materials, Appointment of New PEC

DALLAS — Plaintiffs in the DePuy Pinnacle Hip MDL seek a case management conference to address production of defendants’ discovery materials, including fact sheets, and the appointment of liaison counsel to assist remaining plaintiffs in obtaining discovery held by the plaintiffs’ executive committee.

In a July 24 motion filed before Judge Ed Kinkeade of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, plaintiffs also seek appointment of a new plaintiffs’ executive committee to continue representation of unresolved cases pending on the MDL docket.
