MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The parties to a case involving stabilizer plates have agreed to dismissal of the action following a Tennessee federal judge’s denial of Stryker Corp.’s motion for summary judgment on the issue of whether it actually supplied the devices at issue.

On June 10, Magistrate Judge Tu M. Pham of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee dismissed the action without prejudice.
