Plaintiffs File Petition for Coordinated Docket for Calif. State Court HIV Drug Claims

OAKLAND, Calif. –– Plaintiffs with claims pending against Gilead Sciences Inc. for injuries relating to the use of HIV drugs such as Truvada and Viread have asked the Judicial Counsel for the State of California to create a coordinated docket for the claims, saying it is likely that “hundreds, if not thousands, of additional cases will be filed in California’s state courts over the coming months and years.”
