PHILADELPHIA - The makers of Xenadrine RFA-1 are liable for the death of a Florida woman who suffered a hemorrhagic stroke after taking the supplement along with a diet soda and allergy medication, according to a suit filed by the decedent's husband. Lawrence Higbee, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Donna R. Higbee, deceased, v. Cytodyne Technologies, Inc., et al., No. 030305064 (Pa. Comm. Pleas Ct., Phila. Cty.).
