Plaintiffs in 5 Stryker Rejuvenate, ABG II Hip Cases Seek Case-Specific Discovery

MINNEAPOLIS — The plaintiffs in five cases pending on the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II hip MDL docket have asked a Minnesota federal judge to allow case-specific discovery and depositions, explaining that their settlement discussions with Stryker’s counsel have failed.

In an April 23 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, plaintiffs say their counsel’s attempts to meet and confer with defense counsel have been unsuccessful, therefore they wish to move forward with their cases.

Margarete DiPietro, Jean Barchou, Rosa Lima, Deanna Vialva and Karen Zink sued Stryker at different times over the last year …
