1st Zimmer M/L Taper Hip w/ VerSys Femoral Head Bellwether Trial Set for Sept. 2020

NEW YORK — The judge overseeing the federal docket for cases involving the Zimmer M/L Taper Hip Prosthesis or M/L Taper Hip Prosthesis with Kinectiv Technology and VerSys Femoral Head has scheduled the first bellwether trial to begin on Sept. 14, 2020.

In an April 16 amended scheduling order, Judge Paul A. Crotty of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York said the court will randomly select cases for bellwether consideration in a September status conference.
