NEW YORK - Allegations aimed at a medical facility named as a defendant in a Rezulin products liability case were recently dismissed with prejudice when a federal judge ruled that the facility is not capable of being sued. In re: Rezulin Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1348 (S.D.N.Y.).
