N.J. Federal Judge Remands Case Involving Arbonne Diet Supplements

TRENTON, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge has remanded a product liability action targeting certain of Arbonne Inc.’s diet supplements, ruling that the plaintiffs asserted viable claims against two of the company’s non-diverse sales representatives.

In an Oct. 10 order, Judge Peter Sheridan of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey concluded that the sales representatives were properly joined and that the state court has jurisdiction to determine Arbonne’s motion to dismiss the action.
