Calif. Man Files $35 Million Wrongful Death Suit Against Manufacturer of Antidepressant

SAN FRANCISCO - The husband of a California woman whose death was allegedly caused by an adverse reaction to Zyprexa has filed a suit against the manufacturer of the antidepressant seeking $10 million in compensatory damages and $25 million in punitive damages.
