ROCKVILLE, Md. - The parents of a high school freshmen who committed suicide have filed suit against the manufacturer of Accutane seeking to recover damages under the Maryland Wrongful Death Act. James T. Troppman, Individually, and as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Brandon Lee Troppman, et al., v. Hoffmann-La Roche, Inc., et al., No. 239499V (Md. Cir. Ct., Montgomery Cty.).
