Parties in Biomet M2a Hip MDL Present List of 65 Cases for Remand

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The parties in the Biomet M2a Magnum hip implant multidistrict litigation have submitted a list of approximately 65 cases that they believe should be remanded to their respective federal district courts.

The parties submitted the “Joint Proposed Remand Group 1 List” to Judge Robert L. Miller Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana on July 10 pursuant to the court’s April 23 scheduling order.
