TRENTON, N.J. — Plaintiffs’ co-liaison counsel in the Zimmer Durom Hip Cup MDL has asked a New Jersey federal judge to reconsider her authorization of a disbursement of $3.23 million from the common benefit fund to three law firms, arguing the order conflicts with a previous case management order.

In a June 15 motion filed before Judge Susan Wigenton of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the law firms of Olstein Brody & Agnello and Seeger Weiss contend that the disbursement was made without first notifying all of plaintiffs’ liaison counsel.
