Plaintiffs Seek MDL Docket for Cases Involving Zimmer M/L Taper and Kinectiv Stems with VerSys Heads

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Three plaintiffs are seeking creation of a federal MDL docket for all cases arising out of the Zimmer M/L Taper Hip Prosthesis and Zimmer M/L Taper Hip Prosthesis with Kinectiv Technology when paired with the Zimmer VerSys Hip System Femoral Head, arguing that the 22 existing cases involve the same defendants based upon the same legal theories and facts.
