New Appointments Made to BHR Hip Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee, PSC

BALTIMORE — The judge overseeing the Smith & Nephew BHR Hip multidistrict litigation docket has issued a revised case management order elevating Marie Napoli of Napoli Shkolnik to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee.

In the June 12 order, Judge Catherine C. Blake explained that Napoli was elevated after Derek K. Burch of Burch George & Germany notified plaintiffs’ leadership that he no longer wants to serve in leadership.

In addition, Jeffrey Bowersox of Bowersox Law Firm and Charles Weddle of White & Weddle no longer wish to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee, according to the order. As such, Judge Blake …
