TRENTON, N.J. — A firm that represented plaintiffs in the Zimmer Durom Hip Cup multidistrict litigation is seeking a disbursement of $839,855 in fees and out-of-pocket expenses from the common benefit fund.

In a May 4 supplemental brief filed before Judge Susan Wigenton of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the law firm of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP says it has reviewed its time and expenses and all of them “were reasonably necessary for the prosecution of the common issues on behalf of plaintiffs.”
