N.J. Judge Extends Discovery Deadline to Dec. 31 in Trident Hip Litigation

HACKENSACK, N.J. — The New Jersey court overseeing the coordinated docket for state claims relating to Stryker’s Trident hip replacement devices has issued a Case Management Order in which it extended the discovery deadline for active cases to Dec. 31.

In an April 10 order, Judge Rachelle L. Harz of the Bergen County Superior Court noted the original discovery deadline was June 30.

The judge had previously extended the discovery deadline from Dec. 31 to June 30 in a Nov. 15 order.
