Case Management Order Regarding Bellwether Selection, Trial Process Issued in Stryker LFIT MDL

BOSTON - According to an amended case management order governing the bellwether selection and trial process in the Stryker LFIT V40 Femoral Head multidistrict litigation, the parties must submit by Sept. 4 a revised proposal as to the number of bellwether cases to include in the initial bellwether trial pool.
