Evidence of Problems with Predicate Device May Be Presented at Bard IVC Filter Bellwether Trial, Judge Says

PHOENIX - The Arizona federal judge overseeing the first bellwether Bard IVC filter case to go to trial has ruled that plaintiffs may present evidence of complications with an earlier version of the G2 filter at issue, explaining that such evidence is relevant to whether Bard properly designed the G2 to correct those problems.
