Nine Counties File Suit Seeking Injunction Against Supplement Manufacturer for Misleading Advertisements

SAN DIEGO - District Attorneys Offices in nine California counties have joined in filing a civil suit against the manufacturer of Xenadrine RFA-1, and its corporate officer Robert Chinery, for making false and misleading claims about the supplement's ability to promote weight loss and enhance athletic performance.
