SAN DIEGO - District Attorneys Offices in nine California counties have joined in filing a civil suit against the manufacturer of Xenadrine RFA-1, and its corporate officer Robert Chinery, for making false and misleading claims about the supplement's ability to promote weight loss and enhance athletic performance. People of the State of California v. Cytodyne Technologies, Inc., et al., No. 26-20587 (Calif. Super. Ct., Napa Cty.).
