Protective Order Issued in Maine Federal Zimmer M/L Taper Hip Action

AUGUSTA, Maine - A stipulated protective order regarding certain discovery material has been issued in a Zimmer M/L Taper hip action, which sets forth guidelines concerning the production of "stamped confidential documents."

On Jan. 18, Judge John C. Nivison of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine issued the order, which states that such documents stay confidential except with the prior written consent of the party or as otherwise provided in the order.
