MINNEAPOLIS - A pharmacy that failed to warn of a potential drug interaction resulting from concomitant use of Baycol and Lopid can be found liable by a man who claims he was injured as a result of the combination. In re: Baycol Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1431 (D. Minn.).
