MINNEAPOLIS - Eight putative class action suits filed against the manufacturer of Baycol will remain in federal court after a judge ruled that the costs for establishing a medical monitoring program would exceed the jurisdictional amount of $75,000. In re: Baycol Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1431 (D. Minn.).
