NEW ORLEANS - The manufacturer of Propulsid was awarded summary judgment after a federal judge ruled that a woman could not prove an alternative design of the drug existed that would have prevented her injuries. Aline Zeno, et al., v. Johnson & Johnson, et al., 00-CV-282 (E.D. La.).
