FORT WORTH - A Texas jury's Feb. 19 verdict found that Warner Lambert, which manufactured Rezulin prior to being acquired by Pfizer in June 2000, was not responsible for the death of a woman who took the drug. Carroll Brown, et al., v. Warner Lambert Co., et al., No. 348181927-00 (Texas Dist. Ct., Tarrant Cty., 348 Dist.).
