DENVER - A Colorado woman filed a class action suit against the manufacturer of Prempro, seeking to recover damages for a proposed nationwide class of women who have not suffered any physical injury stemming from their use of the hormone replacement product. Pennie Alexander, et al., v. Wyeth, f/k/a American Home Products, No. 03-CV-00160 (D. Col.).
