ST. LOUIS — A Missouri federal judge has remanded a multi-plaintiff Risperdal action to state court, explaining there is no basis for fraudulent joinder because there is not complete diversity on the face of the complaint.

On Nov. 29, Judge Ronnie White of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri noted that courts in the district have consistently held that contrary to defendants’ argument, an alleged lack of personal jurisdiction does not establish fraudulent joinder.
