Ark. Federal Judge Sets Expert Witness Disclosure Deadlines in Wright Profemur Hip Case

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An Arkansas federal judge has ordered the plaintiff in a Wright Profemur hip system case to make his expert witness disclosures by Jan. 22, 2018, and defendants to make their expert witness disclosures by March 9, 2018.

Judge J. Leon Holmes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas issued the Aug. 23 order pursuant to the parties’ stipulation regarding expert witness disclosure deadlines.

In a Nov. 17, 2016, complaint, Delaware resident Herbert Tisher asserted the claims against Wright Medical Group Inc. and Wright Medical Technology Inc.
