NEW YORK - Judge Lewis Kaplan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has ordered that deposition testimony of current and former Warner-Lambert employees and consultants in other Rezulin actions be incorporated by reference in the depositions of the same individuals to be taken by plaintiffs' counsel in the drugÃs MDL. In re: Rezulin Products Liability Litigation (MDL 1348), No. 00cv2843 (S.D. N.Y.).
