HARRISBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania federal judge has extended the stay of an OtisKnee cutting device lawsuit, explaining that the parties have reached a settlement following mediation.
In an Aug. 16 order, Chief Christopher C. Conner of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania stayed the case an additional 30 days so as to allow the parties enough time to prepare and file a stipulation of dismissal.
